Easy to take but Confusing Instructions

I needed a probiotic that didn't need to be refrigerated and this one works well for that. It's easy to take and you get a good amount for the price. It says it's for Women's Gut Health but my husband has been taking them too and they're working just fine for him. My only issue is the instruction on how to take them is confusing. Like do you take them 1 hour before you eat or 1 hour after? I don't think it really matters as I've taken it literally 5 minutes before I ate and I had no weird side effects. Overall I haven't noticed any negatives but also it's not like they have changed my life.

3600 Billion? Is it trillion? Idk 3.6 Trillion??🤯

First, let me say that the amount of probiotics confused me.<br />There are 1000 billions in 1 trillion so I’m assuming this is 3.6 trillion probiotics?<br /><br />Anyway the number confused me, assuming this is a trillion probiotic or figuring out the label wasn’t helpful.<br />The pills are not too big and easy to swallow. Which I like and also it seems effective at this dose.<br /><br />I will say that after taking this twice a day, after meals Preferably, for almost 2 weeks.<br /><br />It seems to be helping with bloating, and regularity.<br />So, despite the confusing label. I do feel this product is helpful. Just need to be clear on the label, and description.

Lot of probiotics and some plant extracts.

These sound very powerful and very beneficial with 15 stains of gut bacteria, but, I am a little confused, hence the 3 stars instead of 5. The front of the bottle and the ad says 3600* (CFU). However on this order page ad it says 60 Billion CFU and tells you to take 2 per day, where as the actual bottle states 3600 CFU and says to take one per day. Reading on this page "about this item" it says 1200 Billion maximum... so yes, I am confused. I think they mixed the copy here with a different product, unless I am really reading it wrong! There are a lot more ingredients (beneficial) in the actual bottle, or so the label on the bottle reads. Not a lot of mgs of plant extract, as far as the bottle reads, but they are in there. I take probiotics daily, so I just can hope that this product lives up to what it purports. A three month supply is a good thing and it says these bottles are good for another two years. Still, 3600 CFU of probiotic is more than I have ever taken at one time, so I hope they work well and are not overkill in my gut. I have no idea if there is a limit.

Didn't really work

I was told to start taking probiotics so I desided to try these, I don't like the pills at all because they are hard to swallow and weren't worth buying. They really made no difference for my digestive health and I just had to get different ones. The only nice thing about these was that they had no taste so I didn't have to deal with it at all.

3,600 Billion CFU's Per Serving? Well, Not Exactly...

I'm not going to go on a rant about truth in nootropic advertising, but seriously: how does a consumer make an informed choice, when product labeling is (deliberately) misleading? You look at a bottle that says "3600 Billion Probiotic", and what does the average consumer assume? "Wow - this must be incredibly potent!"<br /><br />So you order the product. Then you read on the back label that it actually contains 120 Billion CFU's per two-capsule serving, and THE ENTIRE BOTTLE CONTAINS 3600 Billion CFU's. Apparently, merely stating 60 Billion per capsule isn't as dramatic as blaring "3600 Billion Probiotic" on the label. I think 60 billion per capsule is pretty good. Add the fact that their probiotic is both 'delayed release' and shelf stable (needing no refrigeration to retain potency), and you have a nootropic worth shouting about.<br /><br />I realize it's a jungle out there in the world of competitive nootropic manufacturers, but resorting to this kind of 'bait and switch' product information isn't exactly taking the high road, either. There needs to be some kind of universally accepted guideline for product labeling, so the consumer is not misled, intentional or not.

Works for me!

I’m a physician and typically am skeptical about most supplements since they aren’t regulated (therefore, you never know if what the manufacturers say they are putting into the product are actually in the product). Independent labs will often test supplements sold in the US and find that most contain much lower amounts (and sometimes none) of the ingredients listed on the bottle. Furthermore, there is also the issue that many supplements have little scientific data actually supporting their long term benefits compared to placebo.<br /><br />Having said all of that, I have used various probiotics because, in general, they do seem to be a good idea and they seem to help my GI system. I have found that there is a variability in efficacy between brands and products though, which you would expect. I have tried several through the Amazon Vine program.<br /><br />This formula is the best I have ever used. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a coincidence, so I’ve been taking it for over a month. I have also stopped it for a few days a couple of times, and I did notice a difference.<br /><br />Unless I order another product to try through the Amazon Vine program, I’m going to order another bottle of this. I’ve only been using 1 a day (the instructions say 2 a day), so that makes the $19.99 price much more of a bargain.<br /><br />Obviously, different people will have different responses than me because we all have different GI systems, but for me these probiotics have worked very well. Highly recommended!
