I'm really enjoying this whey protein isolate. My favorite thing about this protein is how low in calories it is yet it still tastes delicious. It is sweetened with stevia which I don't mind but some people might not prefer that. Like other isolates I've had this protein tends to be a little bit on the watery side but the texture is still good. An impressive characteristic of this protein is how little foam is in the glass even after vigorous shaking. This has a slight dairy aroma and the flavor is a very clean simple and tasty vanilla. This is an excellent way to get extra protein into your diet without the extra calories!
