Amazing Nutrition Melatonin 10mg is a wonderful product. Since I have severe insomnia, I have tried a lot of different brands of melatonin. Some help me sleep, some don't. I recently moved up to taking three 3mg tablets per night and was still waking. So, I tried these Amazing Nutrition soft gel caps. I have never taken melatonin in gel cap formula before, and I was interested to see if there is any difference. First off, these seem to kick in faster than other brands I have tried. Also, 10mg is a bit more than I have been taking, but now I've been sleeping through the night and waking refreshed. This morning, for the first time in a long time, I didn't hit the snooze button! I also seem to feel calmer; I don't know if this is an effect from the melatonin or just the fact that I have been sleeping much better.<br /><br />These soft gels are kind of a tan color and oval in shape (see picture below). They look different than any other brand I've come across. I take one pill and it slides down - I think that has to do with the shape and gel coating. I like that there are 120 soft gels which is a four month supply. This makes the price quite a bargain, especially for all it does. These are a very good value they don't taste easy to swallow a mom has to take to every night and they were great for her highly recommend

This stuff was great. I took it and I was out like a light no more than 30 minutes later. I also slept through the night with very little waking up which is pretty unusual for me. I will continue to take this as needed because sometimes I just cannot fall asleep and I hate taking those sleeping aids that knock you out and make you feel hung over the next day. I did not feel draggy at all after taking this. I am pleased with my purchase.

I can't remember the dosage when I used it previously, but I'm sure it was less than 10 mg, as it just didn't work for me.
