Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom.
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.
