I owed a Health Food Store that I sold about 15 years ago. Alive Multi was winning awards back then and continues to. The reason it is so good is that it is from food. Your body recognizes the food and assimilates it. There is no man made junk here. I have several people who were taking an off brand of gummy multi's and I gave them some of the Alive Multi gummies to try. The way you FEEL after 30 minutes is all they needed to see to switch to these. They have Men's, Women's, Gummies, Energy, Over 50, etc formulas so everyone can get what they want and need. If I skip these even for one day I really notice a difference. Your body need so many little nutrients to function daily, if you only take one thing a good multi is the place to start. Having a Health Food Store I was always being given samples to try of products and I have never ever found anything better than these. They are amazing, just what the body needs.

I think this is pretty good quality product. My friends noticed my hair is thicker, and I feel better than a few months ago.<br />I give 4 stars, only because of its size. Hope it is a bit smaller...

She loves it and still continues to take it but orders it on her Amazon now. lol

The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because I believe it's a quality product, but I can't tell that it's made a difference in the way I feel. But, that said, I've never taken a vitamin that made me feel any better. Some people say they can tell a big difference when they take vitamins, but I'm not one of them (sure wish I was!). I take them because I know they're supposed to make you more healthy, opposed to not taking any. I have used this product for quite a while & will probably be buying them again when I'm not trying another brand. I like the fact that they're made in the USA & I do feel they're a good product for the price. They are high potency, which is a plus. So, I have nothing against this product as far as quality goes. For someone else, they may make a huge difference in the way they feel. For me, they're an insurance policy for better health.

Love these...no nasty smell...they're large, yes, but they go down very smoothly. I've compared the amounts of nutrients/micronutrients and minerals to other top brands, and these won out by A LOT. It's minimized the # of pills I need to take every day. The D3 amount is amazing, as well as the B12,<br /><br />I still take my omega-3, C, turmeric curcumin, and magnesium separately. I'm still taking my probiotic, as well, but not sure if I need to with this vitamin?? Anyone know?

My hair stated growing a lot!!!
