Hand and leg cramp relieve
I like the flavors. I get hand and leg cramps and Trace minerals helps to ease the painfulness . I take it daily mixed in water or fruit juice.

It works!
Im 57 and the summers get harder and harder each year as I do a job meant for a 20 something young man. This stuff gives me energy and keeps me hydrated fully. Low sugar content is what sold me. Have recommended it to many.
