I purchased these because I wanted to make a switch from my probiotic gummies. So far (after a couple of weeks) they are working well. I feel an overall increase in my digestion and regularity of bowel movements. I also feel less bloated. I’m happy with the switch and would highly recommend based on price and quality.
I started this probiotic about a month ago and have noticed a difference in my overall gut health and regularity. I’m not the best at remembering my supplements and notice a difference if I miss a few days without my probiotic. Highly recommend this product!
