Okay, so I have trouble sleeping and have struggled with sleep issues my entire life. So, when I bought this I thought more is better.<br /><br />NO NO NO NO NO!!!!<br /><br />This stuff helped me sleep so well that I also had an accident while asleep and didn’t even know it. I just dumped a BUNCH into my water before bed without reading the instructions and it’s totally my fault.<br /><br />Well, it has several different kinds of magnesium and one of those kinds is the one that also acts as a laxative I believe. And, because it REALLY DOES help you fall asleep, when the two are combined,-it’s not that great of a result when you actually do wake up…..please don’t make me say it and follow along with where I’m going.<br /><br />This stuff (when used correctly) will relax you and help you wake up without feeling groggy. It’s a supplement I take that I actually notice a difference from. I’ve tried several other brands too and this one is THE BEST!!<br /><br />But, do NOT do as I did and just pour however much you feel like into your water or you might wake up where your colon has been overly relaxed too in your sleep. Eek. What a complete nasty disaster. Im mortified but if I can save others from this, then I hope you listen. Couldn’t have imagined if I was sharing bed space with someone else either. omg-I’d be mortified but this was 100% user error.<br /><br />I will repurchase because this product is great when used correctly it does not produce any overnight surprises that you wake up and aren’t welcomed by. It has a nice, calming and relaxing touch to your bedtime routine and doesn’t leave any groggy morning feelings either.<br /><br />Btw, I’ve never had a product cause this overnight explosion nor have I ever had an accident like this without even using a product. Not even when I’ve been sick. So, it works!!!! Just order it and follow the instructions exactly.<br /><br />Don’t do more-if anything do less.

I’m usually not a fan of these trendy wellness brands, but I decided to try this product because it’s hard to find magnesium supplements that include magnesium taurinate (which is the form of magnesium that supports brain health). It also has l-theanine, which supports overall relaxation and has helped me with muscle tension caused by stress. Anyway, Ive been so impressed by the quality and efficacy of this product that I’ve repurchased 3 or 4 times now. It doesn’t have as much of an immediate calming effect as does the Calm brand Magnesium powder, so if that’s what’s most important to you, but Calm. However, if you’re looking for magnesium taurinate, this is the best one I’ve used.<br />The only con is how expensive it is. Definitely overpriced. But if you have the budget for a $44 supplement, I’d definitely recommend.<br />Also, in terms of taste: the flavor is pleasant. Not chalky, not too sweet. Easy to drink.

Decided to try this product because of my problems with restless leg syndrome. It definitely helped. I found this product to be the easiest dissolving powder I have ever used and only needed about a quarter cup of water per dose because it really tasted pretty good. All in all, an easy product to take and it did help my symptoms. Only issue was cost and it's reflected in my score of 3 for "value for money".

This stuff knocks me and my husband out and now we sleep through the night. Another added benefit is I have been getting more deep sleep according to my Oura ring and my heart rate has dropped to show less stress. We will definitely continue taking this.

This magnesium is easily dissolvable, it taste, amazing, not too sweet, and helps me sleep like a baby. I take it at night, and it makes me calm and eases my stress. I get my daily amount of magnesium with 1 teaspoon, and the jar lasts a long time. I only use 1 teaspoon a day and so far it’s worked wonders. I’m less stressed, have less anxiety, and I have a more sound sleep. moon juices products are the best! This supplier shipped everything on time and I didn’t have any problems at all. Great! Actually helps me sleep. The taste is a mild berry. If you have a sensitive stomach, try less than a teaspoon at first as you may experience some “tummy issues”. Work up to a teaspoon. your stomach should adjust in a few days. And for those asking, the ingredients are on the back of the jar.
