I suffer from a chronic condition that results in debilitating episodes of dizziness, hearing loss, and vision loss when my electrolyte balance is off. There are plenty of drink powders out there with high levels of sodium, but Fly-by powder has a lot more potassium than sodium, which I’ve found keeps my electrolyte balance more consistent. I’m not a medical professional, but I have found that staying hydrated with Fly-by has proven to be the best treatment for my condition.

Great taste and a VERY nice price tag earned this 3-stars. Here's the thing....It contain MALTODEXTRIN. This additive Maltodextrin is high on the glycemic index (GI), meaning that it can cause a spike in blood sugar. Personally when in ketosis I try to avoid unnecessary blood spikes. Also I noticed the price has increased in the past three weeks and could continue. I bought it at $10 August 2019 I'm writing this review September 2019 and it's now $14.99. Once they remove the additive I'll DEF continue purchasing. I hope Flyby will consider removing the maltodextrin. Hopefully a representative will read this and relate the message.

I leave puddles of sweat when working out and tend to get dehydrated quickly with weird symptoms like excessive belching/fullness in stomach even when I haven’t eaten for hours... something to do with dehydration/acidity in stomach/bouncing around while exercising, no doctors have ever helped me alleviate the belching and discomfort. But these drops do the trick. Immediately when I rehydrate with this stuff in my water, my stomach settles back to normal, I feel reenergized. I love that’s there’s no sugar, no flavors, no nothing except the basic mineral one needs. Definitely recommend. Would love to see a larger bottle option one day because I use up this stuff very fast.

First of all ive used both the drops and the capsules. I LOVE the capsules. So easy to just take in the morning and they also dont make you burp a wierd taste so thats a plus! Im breastfeeding so i need the extra electrolytes and these do the job! My boyfriend also uses them he has terrible varicose veins and stabds all day at work, juat a week of using the supplements and his veins are less prominent and he says he feels much better standing all day! I highly reccomend for anyone wanting an increase in daily body health!

This product has the highest amount of potassium in any supplement I have been able to find anywhere. I actually am not sure how they manage to get so much into their product, as it seems to be significantly higher than allowed by the FDA. But I'm not complaining.<br /><br />What I am complaining about is the taste. It's supposed to be a lemon flavor and I suppose it is. however, it has a medicinal quality to it and is it very difficult to stomach. I've tried mixing it in with juices and flavored seltzers which make it bearable, but every time I near the end of drinking this my stomach is lurching. I'm impressed by the potassium content, but every time I try it, it takes longer and longer to get the courage to try it again.

I was looking for electrolyte addition to my water for workouts. I swim about 3,000 meters, 4-5 days per week & wanted something to mitigate leg cramps & a general hydration additive. I have tried several different products & this one seems to be the best I have used so far.<br /><br />The taste is subtle & not overpowering, which is a good thing & I happen to like the taste. The price point is what caused me to buy it & think it's a great value.<br /><br />The only thing I found annoying is the wavy stripe on the label because it covers some of the text & I like reading everything on the labels. No big deal, just a bit of a pet peeve of mine.
