Love everything about this product and its claims, the only downfall is its ziplock bag packaging. The bag looks expensive in pictures and nice for the brand but it is not functional. When my protein arrived there was white powder all over the box. Apparently the bag was leaking somewhere and after opened I haven't been able to fully close it, the ziplock is not sticking together. For such an expensive product it should have a better packaging for preserving and avoiding any unnecessary loss of it.

Seriously this is the best plant based protein out there!! I’ve tried a bunch from Amazon and even Costco and they always have this gritty off taste about it that totally ruins the fruit I put into my smoothies. The ritual protein totally changed the game for me. I’m usually iffy about vanilla flavoring bc it tends to taste really overpowering or artificial - not with this one. I thoroughly enjoy every sip and already look forward to drinking it again tomorrow morning. 100% worth the money.

The product is very good for people with lactose intolerance and IBS.

This got great reviews so I was excited to give it a shot. The taste is definitely NOT vanilla. It tastes exactly like cake batter with is kind of like drinking a liquid cupcake. That is made worse by the texture. I tend to not use blenders because they incorporate air into protein shakes and makes them more difficult to drink by being 'fluffy'. But there is no way somebody can shake this up and have it blend consistently. Without fail it had chunks or pieces stuck to the bottom and top of the shaker. It was like spackle. Flavor is an objective thing so I imagine somebody could be ok with the flavor here, but it was not for me.

I thought the flavor was fine but I did not realize this has nearly 5x the sodium my partner’s regular protein powder has, which is not great. If your body is good with salt (eg no water retention), go for it but otherwise maybe consider another option. Agree that the packaging isn’t the best, would prefer a tub.

I’ll be honest usually vegan protein doesn’t taste as good as milk based protein from my experience but this is probably one of the better ones. The taste isn’t very strong but it’s also neutral enough that it can be masked with other fruits.
