Do it
This made a world of difference for my 13 year old and normal hormonal attitude changes. We tried every brand of gummy vitamin over time and she wouldn't take them. She has no trouble swallowing these and actually looks forward to taking them because she can feel such a difference herself.

Threw away
After removing the seal, my daughter noticed the warning about cancer & reproductive harm. We’re throwing this away! Money down the drain.

Great for teens who need extra iron
The great thing about this vitamin is that it includes iron. It is good for teen girls who need to build up iron levels due to monthly blood loss. It is a bigger pill, but not unmanageable.

Huge pill!
I was excited to find a vitamin for my tween that wasn't a chewable as directed by a dietician. This seemed like a great option. However-it is a huge pill and apparently tastes awful according to my daughter. She struggles to swallow it and ends up in tears most of the time. She is normally a very good pill taker but this one is a real doozy!

Both my girls don't like the taste of the chewy vitamins
I have 11 and 9 year old daughters who are very active in sports and my 11 year old has ADHD and we struggle getting food down her due to her medication so calories are more important than nutrients. These vitamins have been a God send in our world. Both my girls don't like the taste of the chewy vitamins. They never have. They both can swallow pills and have for a long time. The doctor recommended we look on line for a multi for of a teen tablet. These are GREAT! They may not be for every kid because not everyone will swallow pills but they are amazing in my household and really give me peace of mind and have helped my daughters a ton. Trying to find multivitamins in pill form for kids has been VERY challenging so thank you GMC and AMAZON!!
