These gummies contain a decent amount of magnesium. I'm taking them to help keep my MS in check (nerve issues), so anything helps. I do wish a serving had 100% daily value, but it's a start.<br /><br />As for the actual gummies, the taste is mildly sweet. I can taste a little berry flavor, but it's very faint. The texture is soft and chewable, but the sugar dusting give the outside a sand feel. It would be better if the just used regular size sugar crystals, but it's fine.

These magnesium gummies are very soft and non-rubbery. So they are very easy to chew and swallow. They also have a nice, sweet cherry taste. The ingredients seem like natural, food-based things. It's an easy, enjoyable way to get almost half of the recommended amount of magnesium for the day.
