Wasn't for me - has WAY too much Vitamin A than what my body needed. I started experiencing headaches, dry skin and cracked lips. Once I stopped using it, this all went away.

I've been taking this vitamin for a little while now and I can honestly say that I feel more energized and my stress level lowered a little (thanks to the Ashwagandha). I haven't noticed a difference is my PMS symptoms though which I'm very sad about. I have terrible PMS and wish This could have helped even just a little.<br />They are easy to swallow, but the taste isn't the greatest. Even with a whole mouth of water they have a very strong taste.<br />The thing I don't like the most is the price. It's a little above what I want to pay, but I guess if you take into account all the it does, it might make it worth it if you can stop taking other pills.

Taking 3 of this big pills is a lot, so that’s my biggest complaint. Other than that, I’m happy! They have tonnnsss of good stuff in them and I like what I have ready about the company so far. I made the mistake of taking them once too close to bed and had some acid reflux but that was my own fault.
