It is absolutely one of the best supplements I have ever taken

If you are on the fence about buying this product, don't hesitate. It is absolutely one of the best supplements I have ever taken. This helps tremendously with my chronic fatigue and low grade infections. I have a bright clear sense of energy in my body. My body feels lighter. I convinced a sick colleague to take some at work. I knew she didn't expect much and I hoped she would be as impressed as I. I checked on her the next day and she said she was feeling better and said the Vitamin C helped alot. There are a few things to keep in mind with this product though - I take this more at night before bedtime now because when I was taking it mid day at work I would get a lot of gas. I did take it once to bowel tolerance and had loose stools but I can tell you it felt like a complete clean out not sickly diarrhea. Also the taste is not great, I tolerate this straight with water b/c I know how great it is for my body but anyone with pickier taste buds will have to suffer through a bit.

Good Quality Buffered Vitamin C

I am taking Vitamin C on a daily basis. This is buffered and absorbed very well without any gastrointestinal side-effects. I rely on Vitamin C mostly to boost immunity against low grade infection(candida/viruses) and get rid of heavy metal toxins(lead/mercury and other dioxin from household).

Ascorbate is NOT Vitamin C

Ascorbic acid is only the antioxidant outer shell of vitamin C. It protects the flavanols, j factors, k factors and other actual components of real Vitamin C so those things don't get destroyed by free radicals before they can be absorbed. Furthermore, this is synthetic ascorbic acid. VITAMIN C is a living biocomplex. This is a dead man-made chemical. Go ahead, Google "ascorbic acid vs vitamin C" then go get yourself some real, whole food Vitamin C. Don't believe me, go "C" for yourself.

I’ve been using C-Salts daily for 6 years.

Hands down the best non irritating vitamin C.
I mix a half teaspoon to a teaspoon of it with water, mix in a half of lemon and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar every morning! I never get colds or flus! I recommend starting with a quarter of a teaspoon and work up.

Effervescent Vitamin C Powder

I love how easy this is to use but it is different from other Vitamin C powder I have purchased, mostly in the taste. There is no flavor of citric acid which took me some time to adjust to but I think it helps me now enjoy this Vitamin C because I can add it to anything my kids drink and they can't taste it. I did try it in plain water like it says but it wasn't very tasty!

The ingredients list can't be beat and there are more vitamins and minerals than just Vitamin C. There is calcium, Magnesium, Zinc and Potassium, all also great for boosting the immune system. This Vitamin C powder saves you from having to buy multiple other supplements and the way it is presented makes it much easier for the body to absorb the benefit of the nutrients.

Here is what you do: you put a teaspoon in a small amount of water and stir waiting for the effervescence to stop, although I still feel a little bubbly after I add it to another drink. Once the bubbling stops you can add more water or add it to another drink, which is my preference. Grape juice or Orange juice are my personal favorites.

When this bottle runs out I will be ordering this again rather than trying another. Ironically I only ordered this because I was having a difficult time finding it locally and didn't have time to drive 30 min away where I normally buy it. I am thankful now that I didn't have the time because I feel that I found a far superior product.

Tasty and healthy!

This stuff is awesome. It's one of my most favorite supplements. Tastes great, works well. When I first began using it it took a couple of days for my tummy to adjust, but nothing serious. A 26 oz bottle is supposed to contain 140 one-teaspoon servings, but I use a one-teaspoon measuring spoon with this product when taking it once a day, and one bottle lasts me just over two months. Don't care. It's a keeper.
