Hoping that this helps with my very inflammatory skin issues. So far it has been easy to take and I like the price. We'll see how this goes! I will update.

Not sure if it has what is listed on the bottle because this is something that works better with continuous use (preventative) or when you are sick and want to heal quicker. But they are small round white tablets that have no taste and are very easy to swallow because they are very small.

I take 1 per week just to maintain healthy levels. These are easier to swallow than the capsules.

I have only been taking these only for about two weeks, so I cant speak of any results yet really, but I have not had any type of adverse reaction to them either. Zinc has always worked for in the past though to help abstain from getting sick as often, so Im hoping these work the same. The vitamins themselves are easy to swallow, and dont have any kind of aftertaste.

Zinc is great for the immune system, or so I'm told. The price is fair. These are small, easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any aftertaste or had any adverse reaction.
