Was in the market for a Biotin supplement that was not only potent but also easy to take. Well these Biotin gummies from EVL not only taste good but they also offer a great dose of Biotin. Definitely worth the buy.

Decent price for a proven ingredient made for stronger nails and hair. The gummies aren’t sticky or wet, but actually more chewy. Easy to chew and remember to take. While my hair and nails aren’t horribly weak, I figure it’s an easy way to fortify them anyway.

First off, good flavor. Sure, it tastes like candy instead of just a supplement. No weird aftertaste that many gummy supplements have. Best way I can describe it is Jolly Rancher strawberry. Second, the gummy doesn't stick to your teeth like some other gummies so you can go on to your job without unsightly gobs of gummy on your teeth.<br />I have only used this for a month, but my nails seem to be healthier. I actually have longish nails for once since my nails would normally break from weight lifting or just house work. I would probably notice longer hair in a few months.

I've used biotin for a number of years and I've found it hard to find a good stable source (price and potency seem to change every time I need more).
