I work in the school system with younger children and I encounter a plethora of germs on a daily basis So for year I have taken a daily vitamin C and a few other supplements to help keep all the colds and general ailments encounter from school at bay. I've purchased many different brands and Now is a brand I have used a lot with the whole family and trust its quality.<br /><br />This seems to be a nice pairing, the vitamin C with collagen support. The capsule size is about what I expect it to be and is easy enough to swallow. Sometimes certain forms vitamin C can cause a bit of acid reflux for me if I take it with out eating immediately but I haven't had any issues with this formula. It is definitely one that I will purchase again.

I have purchased many NOW supplements in the past and they have always been of great quality. These are no exception! I love that these have collagen support, because that is something I defintely need. I like that I can take vitamin C and collagen in one pill. These are easy to swallow and have no taste.

I have a medical condition that requires me to take quite a bit of Vitamin C, and so I’m excited to have it in a more absorbable form. The capsules are easy enough to swallow, and don’t cause any stomach upset or other problems that I know of. I didn’t get blood work done, so I can’t really measure my levels or speak to how much more absorbable it is. But my kids have all been sick with colds for the last week, and I’m not sick, so maybe that’s a good sign!
