The pills in the bottle I received on 9/20/21 had Vitamin C 600 mg compared to 11/02/21 Vitamin C 500mg<br />The 9/20 had Zinc at 40 mg and the 11/02 pills had Zinc at 20 mg. When I reordered, the description did not indicate a change with the ingredients.
Received on 5/6/2021. By the time I take the 30 day supply it will be outdated.
I have only been taking for about 2 weeks, but no side effects thus far and may have regulated me a little already... Once I am on my second bottle, I'll know better...
I have been taking Primal Immune Defense for 60 days now. And its working well. Along w this Covid 2020-2021. Even has probiotic +vitamins +zinc complex to help your immune. The flavor Has no after taste. I have got buy one get one. Just hope i can get that deal again. Thanks Primal Harvest.

This product came at a perfect time, as my significant other currently has a cold. While she’s been sick I’ve been taking the primal immune defense capsules. I’m normally really prone to catching colds. However, at this point in time I feel great and haven’t got sick. Perhaps these capsules have something to do with that. They are easy for me to swallow and don’t have any taste. They have probiotics in them which is terrific because in the morning I normally have a probiotic yogurt to help my stomach. Now I just take the supplement instead and my stomach is fine without the yogurt. Anytime people in my household are not feeling well, I’ll be using these to help boost my immune system as they seem to indeed do the trick.
