OMmmmagnesium

I started using these bath crystals after taking my first Antigravity Aerial Yoga class (I bought them at the studio). They really do relax me. I don't have any sore muscles afterwards, even after having done some completely new moves. I'm 54, and have been doing Antigravity Aerial Yoga for several months now and I use Health and Wisdom Magnesium Bath Crystals after every class.

Does Wonderful Things for the Body

This stuff relaxes the muscles like nothing else I've ever tried! I would highly recommend it if you have stiffness and tension in your muscles. Just be careful when you get out of the bath because you are so relaxed that you will feel wobbly.

Feet and legs.

I am a diabetic with wounds and sores on my lower legs and feet. I got a recommendation from my daughter on this item, that it might help. It sure did. With a combination of improved diet and using this product my legs and feet are vastly improved.

Relaxing & restorative, and good value

This is a plastic bucket with re-sealable lid, filled with magnesium chloride hexahydrate (MgCl2) flakes. As such it’s a large item and you will need sufficient space to store it in the bathroom or other location where it won't get in the way. You scoop the magnesium flakes into the bathwater and then soak in it.

The bio-science is inconclusive, but it’s accepted that magnesium is a vital mineral for health and especially for good immune system function. Modern city lifestyles, stress and processed food can lead quickly to Mg depletion. Soaking in MgCl2) flakes is certainly therapeutic & relaxing and leaves your skin feeling rejuvenated and fresh. Since we started using it a few weeks ago, we both sleep more soundly and wake up refreshed and full of energy.

One caution: if you leave the lid off the bucket, the MgCl2) flakes absorb moisture from the atmosphere (especially in a bathroom where the air often fs full of moisture) go hard as a rock, sitting in a pool of milky-coloured liquid. This doesn’t affect the Mg chemically but changes its consistency when handling it.

Also be aware that if you use this product regularly, then over time you’re going to accumulate a collection of empty, lidded plastic buckets!

Verdict: good product and very good value.

Magnesium Chloride is the best for overall health support

I used to purchase this at Whole Foods & they stopped stocking it. Magnesium Chloride is the best for overall health support !!! I have tried many types & keep coming back to this brand. Note.. the stuff sold at other stores is usually Magnesium Sulfate & not Magnesium Chloride-- BIG difference !!!! You can't go wrong with Health & Wisdom-- be sure to also purchase the Magnesium Oil with Aloes as well !!!!
