easy to swallow. Good supplements for adults in the house.

This a great mutlivitamin---it has most of the essentials that you would expect to find in a solid multivitamin.<br /><br />No problems swallowing these capsules, and no medicinal aftertaste.<br /><br />I put this disclaimer on every review of supplements that I post: do your own research. Everyone is different, and everyone's reactions to supplements will be different---so research the effects before you purchase supplements.

I've always taken most of my supplements at night before bed, because in the morning I need to take prescriptions that require an empty stomach and nothing else for a certain period of time.<br />I've not really considered how taking certain vitamins so late might be affecting my sleep.<br />After I readjusted so I could take these, I did find I was resting better at night.<br />I usually take separate versions of a few things in here, so I also needed to adjust the dose on those (like Turmeric) but overall, I felt like these worked pretty well. Taking 4 a day seems like a lot, but I did get used to it after a couple weeks.<br />I probably won't repurchase these regularly because of all of the juggling (and because the cost for these is a lot more than my regular dailies), but I will definitely keep in mind the am vs pm with my regular brands, and might switch on and off with these a few times a year.

Easy to swallow, taste is not bad. I am not a fan of tart and they do not lie when they say tart cherry. Multi vitamin works as intended might be good for your emergency supplies.

These seem like good vitamins. I like that they're divided between morning and evening. I can't really tell if they give me more energy during the day or make me more relaxed at night, but maybe they do, and either way the way the supplements are divided up makes a lot of sense. They're on the slightly larger side and are not completely smooth, so they're a bit hard for me to swallow, but I can manage it, and I have a somewhat hard time swallowing pills. I haven't noticed any negative side effects.

Great all in one multi vitamin. Great concept to have an am and pm separated all in one package. The pill was easy to swallow and didn't leave any sort of after taste when taking it. Highly recommended for a morning and nightly vitamin.
