Expensive but excellent
My doctor have recommended since 2013 but I never used due to the high price. When I got a good job I was able to pay for it. My nails and hair are more strong. Skin is better. Excellent.

Smell and taste awful.
Before you disregard my review, yes I know these are not ‘chewable’ vitamins and no I’m not chewing them.<br /><br />They smell awful, and taste even worse. Have something strong flavored to drink when you take them.<br /><br />BA says to take three pills per day. Kinda overkill if you ask me.

Hard to swallow
I dont like these. You have to take 3 a day and after bariatric surgery I have difficulty swallowing. These capsules stick to the back of my throat.
