This is a high-quality multivitamin! Great roster of ingredients and has all that you really need without the unproven, exotic additions that some products add as a way to differentiate themselves. This has everything I need and none of what I don't.

This is a 30 day supply of multivitamins. The recommendation of taking one in the morning and one later in the day is kind of a pain as I struggle enough just to remember to do it at all.

I found these men's vitamins easy to swallow and they caused no stomach upset. The ingredients are similar to those in other store-bought multivitamins. Cost-wise, they are a bit more expensive than ones with the same active ingredients. If you need an easy to swallow men's multivitamin, this may be worth the $15 per month you'll pay. I have not noticed any difference health-wise in taking these vs. any other brand or generic multivitamin.

I have no complaints about these multivitamins.

This is a great, highly absorbent, nutrient dense supplement. It has a lot of natural ingredients and is specifically formulated for men. I got this for my son and I as we are big into supplements. I seek the more natural supplements whenever I can, especially with multi's. What's also nice about this one is the price point.

I'm one of those guys who hates having to take more than 3 pills, so I always welcome products that consolidate multiple supplements into one pill. I also love that it will clear up counter space.
