Maybe I have not taken enough but my hair feels and looks the same. My nails still feel the same and I get no pain relief. This was not for me. Product come in a vegan gel tab and i am not a fan of the way those go down or the taste of the vegan capsule.

I was already a fan of Tribe Organics' ashwagandha supplements, so when I saw this amla complex, I decided to give them a try. I've read up on the components, and it all sounds like good-for-you things, but I didn't feel too much of a difference while I took them. That doesn't mean it's not working, but for me, physically I didn't feel or see a difference after taking them daily.<br /><br />I appreciate this brand's effort to sell high quality, clean products to consumers, so I'd still like to give this supplement a good rating!

Moringa & Indian Gooseberry health benefits are well-known. These pills go down easily and don't have a taste or smell.<br /><br />I am curious, though... why don't I smell or see green for moringa? In my experience, moringa & moringa supplements have a very strong taste, smell, and color.<br /><br />Other than this, these are fine and no ill effects so far.
