It taste GOOD! I use to work at whole foods in the vitamin dept. The ingredients are far superior than other brands. For instance it has methylcobalamin not cyanocobalamin which cyno is a inferior vit b-12. Methylcobalamin (MeCbl), the activated form of vitamin B12, has been used to treat some nutritional diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease and rheumatoid arthritis, and helps with pain. Helps in regeneration of injured nerves. I take a full tablespoon when I wake up. It gives me such a boost. I started taking it to help with anxiety attacks. Just nerves from living with a mentally disabled family member. It was out of stock and I waited 1 month and really saw the difference without it! By far the BEST vit B out their. It heals you and your nervous system.

I was excited when I received this product. I usually take as soon as I get up in the morning, 30 minutes later checked my sugars( I am diabetic), lo and behold, my glucose went up to 240. Mike the meter is my friend, and he does not lie. I did the same thing 3 days in a row, and my reading was always above 200. Be advised, my regular glucose reading is 110 to 120 in the morning, so this product is Loaded with sugar. This stuff is going in the trash today. Additionally, why don't they put how much sugar is in liquid health? They write that it has coconut water, but don't lie to people, write the quantity of sugar on the label, and warn diabetics not to take this junk.

Bought this to help lower lead levels in our children. It seems to be working as they have levels checked monthly and levels are going down. They also had B12 levels checked and were within normal limits. They use half and 1/4 doses vs full adult

I like the liquid form. I take it to help with my neuropathy.

Add the B vitamins to my electrolyte drink in the morning to get me started. It tasted great! Had to double check to make sure that there wasn't some sort of sugar additive. Stevia is used - which is my go to sugar substitute for my KETO diet.

Wish the taste were a little better, but it's not bad! The amount/proportion of vitamins here really helps, just don't take it at night, you'll lose your sleep!
