I am no longer magnesium deficient...plus no more leg cramps...

Actually, I have been taking Magnesium plus for about 2 yrs now. Initially I was buying it at a Health/Whole food store where I live on recomendation by the owner, for my severe leg cramps that lasted 45 min to an hour every night after work as I was driving home or the cramp would wake me out of a sound sleep. As a72 yr old Security Guard I walk all day except for a 20 min and 1-30 min break. I took the first dose on my day off, because alot of remedies of this type make me drousy. Sure enough it did just that...but I also slept through the night without even a threat of a cramp...I even fall asleep some nights with out taking it..but I pay for that mistake with a cramp..Sometimes the cramps move around..if I miss a dose..like they come in the arch of one of my feet or one or both of my calfs again or during my shift at work, but they don't last as long. Pure Essence Labs Ionic Fizz, Magnesium plus has been a miricle for me, I even have two friends taking it religeously just like me. We are 3 of the healthiest women on our job...Thank You Pure Essnce Labs, I am truely greatful for your product.
PS: I started ordering it on Amazon because I found a 12 oz jar on line..and that lasts longer.

Best magnesium suppl. I ever had!

This powder makes a huge fizz if you mix in warm water, but no fizz in cold water. The product is superb in terms that it doesn't have any unnatural man-made preservatives, dyes, sugar, HFCS, fructose, etc -all the bad stuff. As I spoke with the company's rep being concerned about red specks flowing in water, they told me it was dried beet pieces to add pinkish look to the water, and the water does become slightly pink. I take about 1 serving/day 300mg, sometimes 2. Magnesium helps regulate Calcium, calms your central nervous system, helps to fall asleep, and if you ever have a headache or tension in your neck ( I never do), try it for several days before loading up on Tylenol. Docs in delivery rooms sometimes give Magnesium sulfate IV, if a person is about to be eclampsic ( hypertensive over the board), and it calms CNS and decreases seizure accidents during pregnancy. Magnesium is much more imprtant than Calcium when supplementing for regular people on SAD diet (standard amer. diet) as they do not consume enough vegies, also consider vitamin K2 for bone health like osteoporosis. If K2 is too expensive, load up on green or alfalfa which is full of Vit K1. Vit K is also great for anti-cancer! The gist = eat your veggies and supplement.

Great company, great product, great customer service!

Fixed my twitchy eye

I had a completely annoying eye twitch my eye doc was contributing to excessive stress or caffeine. Umm no. Okay, yes on stress but who doesn’t? Nothing over the top or outside the norm I’ll say. One cup of coffee a day and outside of that I drink water like crazy and that’s it. I was ready to pull a Mathew 5:29. So I did some digging on my own...btw has anyone been to a doctor recently and feel like they fixed anything? I have to self hack my way out of everything. Luckily I’m pretty healthy and so is my family but my daughter had a severe med reaction and it felt like we had to figure our way out of that damage too once they finally diagnosed that was the issue. I digress...back to my point. Started reading up that eye twitching could be a sign of low magnesium levels. Started taking this and within a week lessened and now totally gone. Problem solved. Thanks Dr. Google.

Update 10/2/19 just want to update to state I’ve reordered and continue to use this magnesium before bed. Twitchy eye has yet to return so I’m convinced this fixed it.

Better ingredients, more bang for your buck!

[[VIDEOID:2ad38e8acb6ba58b1e2780a08397dd1c]] We love this so far! Only been drinking it for a few days but here is what I think of the product and why I chose this one over the others.

This has more magnesium in it than other brands of similar products.
It has potassium in it, while others do not.
It also has a lot of other vitamins and minerals in it.
You get more servings in this, and the serving size is smaller = bigger bang for your buck even if it didn't have the above pro's also.
This is tasty, mixes into water very easily, and is tasty. I would say it tastes like alka seltzer with a bit of a citrus flavor. Not sweet, but pretty tasty over all. Definitely fizzes, but that dissipates quickly.
The magnesium is absolutely quickly metabolized, because you can feel your muscles relaxing quite soon after drinking it, about 15 minutes or so in our experience.
We take this about a half hour before bed and immediately noticed falling asleep easier, and getting a better nights sleep.
It doesn't have melatonin in it, which may sound like a con, but your body can get used to it and you have to get back off it for a while for melatonin to affect you again, and I'd rather just not deal with it at all.

We are overall very pleased with this. I've already recommended it to someone and we will absolutely be buying again!

Contains Lead

According to consumer labs, this product contains lead. Beware! I will find a different product. I just hope people aren't giving this product to their children!

Yum!

I've been using Ionic Fizz Magnesium Plus for five years to help me sleep after it was recommended by a nutritionist at a destination spa resort. It works great and I really like the orange vanilla flavor. I can'be believe I haven't tried it before. The pink lemonade flavor is too tart - it can take a layer of skin off your tongue! - and the berry flavor is good but not as smooth as this flavor. Quick delivery. Great packaging.
