Fine for the price
Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Packaging felt flimsy and one tub arrived slightly dented.

Has become a daily essential
No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.

Dissolves fully with no clumping. I use one scoop after training and it's been working great.
