Like that it’s high in fiber but not that it’s high in fat. Way too expensive!

The taste was good but leaves an aftertaste that is not so great. Did not help me feel full

Not sure where the caramel flavor is but these protein bars definitely taste like protein bars. They are chewy and earthy. I was hoping for more sweetness but it just wasn't there

These are like most other protein bars, just a little smaller than many. They don't taste amazing, kind of dense and chalky with a mediocre flavored chocolate around them, but they're high in protein and low in sugars and carbs. I can't knock them too much since that's exactly what they claim to be, a keto friendly vegan protein bar. I don't taste any caramel flavor, so I certainly wouldn't order them if you're expecting something that is a caramely treat.<br /><br />If you're just looking for a box of smaller sized protein bars that will give you a little boost of energy and protein as a snack throughout the day without excess sugar though, I think they're decent for that purpose.

These protein bars have a good amount of protein and low net carbs, just what I was looking for in a protein bar. The flavor is really tasty, and it didn't seem a chore to have a couple of these in the car for when I am on the go. I am impressed with their flavor, and I may have found a new favorite bar with these salted caramel protein bars.

I bought these for my son who works out religiously and loves his protein shakes, waffles, oatmeal, etc. He didn't like these bars at all. After 1 bite he refused to eat anymore. I'm not crazy about protein bars as most are gritty to me. This one was no different....typical protein bar grittiness. The flavor was just eh for me. I wouldn't say a distinguished Salted Caramel taste but something sweet flavored. I could eat this in a pinch, but it would not be my go to "snack". I would say this is priced about the same as a typical protein bar.
