I really wanted to love this because it had what I was looking for; non-dairy, no sweetener. But, it has a few problems for me 1) The serving size is 3Tablespoons. That is a lot. Even putting one T. in a drink is too much. 2). Doesn’t dissolve well. My coffee had a lot left in the bottom of the cup even with repeated stirring. 3)It is essentially tasteless but I used it oatmeal and it altered the taste.

I gave this protein powder a try because I like Complement’s multi vitamins. I’m really happy with the protein powder too. The thing I hate most about protein powder generally is the chalky texture. This powder has none of that. It blends into smoothies and oatmeal perfectly. The chocolate tastes great no matter what you do with it. The plain has a little bit of an odor I don’t love (nothing terrible, but noticeable) but that disappears as soon as you mix it into something with a little flavor (berries work great). I was worried it would taste the way it smells, but it doesn’t. I happily mix it into my oatmeal with fruit every morning. This is literally the only protein powder that I’ve finished the bag/container (the others always ended up in the trash) and bought it again. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

I opened the box to find power everywhere. There were small holes in the bag. Not sure if the product is safe. Then I put the bag on the counter and the side split. Don’t think I will order this again.
