very effective
DISCLAIMER: This review is solely based on my personal experience/usage of the product. Yours might be different.<br /><br />This product is highly effective and I am very surprised. I usually take melatonin, even though that one works, but I typically feel pretty drowsy the next day. This one uses magnesium to achieve the same effect minus the drowsiness. I take it about 20 minutes before bed and by the time I am ready for bed, I am already dragging my half-asleep body. Highly recommended

No Groggy hangover!
This product works well. It tastes a tad sour,but it does taste like grape. I didn't have any weird dreams after consuming this. I also didn't feel groggy and hungover when I woke up like I had from other products in the past. Comes in a pack of 4 and are very afffordable.

Great flavor, easy to drink and effective dose of relaxation
I like that the portion sizes of these are smaller and very quick and easy to drink without having to ingest a large amount. The grape flavor is good and not overpowering, tastes decent but not necessarily something you would want to drink glass after glass of. I won't say these knock you out but they definitely help you feel more relaxed and wind down before bed or after a long day.

No Joke! this shots really works
I work night shift and when I get off in the morning its really hard for me to go to sleep in day light, but this little shot did the trick for me. It will put you to sleep whether day or night. Really love this product.

Non-Energy Drinks
These remind me of the little energy drinks that I used to get years ago, but these do exactly the opposite! They taste pretty good, reminding me of those cherry popsicle freeze pops with the flavor and slight fizz. I start feeling sleepy within 30 minutes. I have been having trouble getting to sleep lately and I have been able to fall asleep quickly when drinking one of these. And I slept through the night, too, without getting up a bunch of times to go to the bathroom. I woke up each morning after feeling refreshed and not drowsy, too, so that it good.
