Been taking these for a couple of weeks now. No major improvements to report, but things aren't bad—so that's good. When I take supplements like this, I think it's important to remember that normal is good.
Was glad to see they put out a mens multi that isn't in a gross papaya flavor. Who would ever want that. This has a slightly strange taste but its good for you and no sugar so I'm happy.
