I love being able to get a multivitamin a chewable specifically designed for bariatric usage. One downside is that you have to take 4 in 1 day as per the recommended dosage. The taste isn't terrible however it is pretty chalky and I feel like the more you chew it the chalkier it gets. Definitely reminds me of a really big TUMS, but it's also stated to have calcium citrate.... exactly what TUMS has so that makes sense. Again though it's nice to have a multi-vitamin designed just for bariatric use, only time will tell if it works as well as it says!

I was very disappointed with this vitamin. It tastes horrible. It tastes like the smell of a dentist’s office. That is the best way I can describe this. I am throwing this away!

These contain bioavailable forms of vitamins and minerals for better absorption, but taking this much calcium at the same time can impede uptake of iron. Many people will be better served by getting their calcium at other times of day, separate from their iron-containing multi, but if you wouldn't otherwise take it, this is certainly better than nothing!<br /><br />These have a pretty unpleasant flavor, drastically worse than your typical Flintstones chewable. That said, these aren't intended as a tasty treat, and the flavor doesn't linger too badly after consumption.

My first impression was " these are huge tablets!" Each is about 3/4 inch big! (see pic)<br />Good thing is I don't need to swallow!<br />These tablets are easy to chew and melt!<br /><br />I enjoyed the flavor. It reminded me of a smarties hard candy. Texture is somewhat similar. So if you like the candy then, you will enjoy these tablet.<br /><br />Container was sealed tight.<br />You need to remove packed cottons out of bottle, then you'll see the tablets underneath.<br /><br />Honestly, I never got this type of surgery but was looking for vitamin pills that easier to digest. Some vitamins give me heartburn.<br />These tablets are easy for my stomach and don't cause irritations.

Taking these vitamins makes a huge difference in your nutrition once you've had bariatric surgery. My wife had the R&Y surgery about 6 years ago, and last year stopped taking vitamins because she did not think she needed them any longer. She became severely anemic and vitamin deficient pretty quickly. After a two-day stint in the hospital, all that it came down to was lack of vitamins. These vitamins are nice because they are chewable, even if they don't have the greatest taste. She takes four of them every morning and chews them while she's eating breakfast to mitigate the chalky taste. They make her feel much better, and I will definitely be ordering these again as she doesn't care for swallowing pills or gummies. I think that these are a great option for anyone who has had gastric bypass.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
