I'm a big boy, and am trying to find a Multivitamin that helps me with my gut health, and to have more energy<br /><br />I've been taking these for a while, and so far, they seem pretty good! I'll post more as this goes, but yeah, it works, even if the capsules have a "put together in the bathroom of a club" look to them. So far so good!

My husband has been taking these. He feels pretty good on them and finds them easy to swallow with no stomach issues. He is happy with them.

[[VIDEOID:e390f931b4cfcfdc3462cb5f641b5e47]] These would be good for most adults, but especially good for those with iron deficiency.<br />They have no iron, but the extra folate and B12 are need to help with iron saturation.<br />Both help with red cell production.<br /><br />As someone with iron deficiency anemia, my doc already has me on B12 supplements.<br />Iron also. The folate in here should help as well. The absence of iron in these multivitamins is good - iron should be taken as a separate supplement only by those that need it. Too much iron can be harmful.<br /><br />After a week of taking these, I do think I'm seeing an energy improvement.<br />My only issue is that the price seems to be on the high side.

This is a very well-rounded vitamin with whopping B vitamin amounts.<br /><br />I really like that it includes naturally sourced iodine from kelp, as well as selenium and zinc.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
