This women's formulation whole food vitamin seems to be working well for me. Since I started taking it, I have noticed I have more energy with a decreased need for caffeine. It is a good blend of vitamins and minerals with herbs, amino acids, probiotics, fruit and vegetable, and hair, skin, and nails complexes. It is made in the USA of global ingredients, manufactured in an FDA registered facility, and has a GMP seal. There are no fillers. It contains no artificial ingredients, preservatives, soy, gluten, dairy, gelatin, flavoring, or coloring. It does have bovine collagen and fish (salmon and cod) so is not vegan. It does have iron, but only 10 mg. The bottle is dark amber to protect against degradation from light. I received these in March 2023, and they have an expiration date in November 2025.<br /><br />The capsules are large, but easy to swallow. They do not cause me any stomach upset or intestinal distress. I like that this formula has so many beneficial ingredients all in just 3 capsules, saving me from taking multiple different supplements. One bottle lasts 60 days, so I find it an excellent value.

I like that this is such a thorough & vast range of vitamins/minerals/supplements all in one capsule. If you take this, there’s a good chance you won’t have to take other supplements with it in a piecemeal type of way, unless you are known to be deficient in a specific vitamin that you need more of.<br /><br />However, I am not impressed with the recommended dose of 3 capsules per day as I feel this is excessive. It seems like a way to get the consumer to go through the supply more quickly so they’ll purchase a replacement bottle sooner than later. Not to mention, it’s hard enough to remember to take your vitamins once a day let alone 3 times throughout a single day, so the dosage recommendation is impractical and inconvenient!<br /><br />I only take 1 capsule a day in addition to a few other supplements that I would like an extra boost of. Of course, you can decide what you think is best for your body dosage-wise. Of note, I haven’t noticed any adverse effects from taking this so far.

I take a lot of supplements and was very happy to see that this women's whole food multi vitamin really has it all. There's a vitamin here for all of your needs including hair, skin, probiotics, hormonal balance and I can go on and on. The serving size is 3 capsules. This is great for when I'm traveling so I only need to take this one bottle that has it all. The price is very reasonable for a 2 month supply.

This multivitamin covers 58 key nutrients, including joints, hair, skin and nails, stress/anxiety, women's health and gut health. I always try to find supplements that have combinations to limit how many I'm taking, but I know that's not always possible or easy to do. This one covers just about everything I need with the exception of a separate probiotic to keep my UC in check.<br /><br />I've been taking it for a couple of weeks now and while I don't feel any different, I don't feel bad, which is a good thing. There is no strange aftertaste and although you do have to take 3 capsules, there is a lot packed into this supplement so it makes sense why it would not be able to be condensed down to one capsule. There is a 60 day supply in the bottle, and I think it is a great value for the money.
