Solid choice overall
Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Does not dissolve well — I end up chewing little lumps, which is unpleasant.

Quality you can actually feel
Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom.

New staple in my routine
Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.

Will definitely reorder

Noticeable difference
