I like these because they’re super convenient and easy to drink. The taste is pretty decent. It kind of reminds me of drinking concentrated juice lol. Buying them in bulk makes it cheaper. Than buying the smaller packs, so that’s a bonus. I will definitely be reordering soon. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an easy way to get in more protein. Also, the collagen is hydrolyzed so that means it’s complete and available for your body to use! According to my nutritionist, this is a super important thing to pay attention to when getting protein and collagen drinks.

Great little shot of whey protein to help with maintaining macros required for weight goals. Easy to consume and finishes nicely. I definitely will be looking to re-order.
