Go-to protein boost post bariatric surgery
I love these protein shots- in all the flavors- added to a glass of diet cranberry or diet v8-splash. When I am a little short meeting my protein goal for the day, this is an easy way to add protein without adding a lot of calories. In the first few weeks post-op, creamy protein drinks didn't agree with me, so these were life savers. I'm more than 6 months out now and I still keep one of these in my purse, a couple in my office and anywhere else convenient.

Couldn’t do it!
I imagine it depends on how bad you need the protein supplement, however, I found that this is by far the worst I have ever tried. I absolutely couldn’t drink them.
