These gummies are fantastic. I give 1 to my 6 and 7 year olds before bed and it helps them to sleep through the night. Both of my children have trouble going to sleep and staying asleep and these have helped tremendously.
Great value at a low dose, they are not addictive, the kids love the flavor, its a good gummy to give for the more hyper or tireless nights.
