At 1 pill per daily serving, this is a 100 day supply (unless you need to take more if you catch cold). Over the counter Vit C can sometimes upset your stomach (mine anyway) so I was glad to find this buffered formula to help alleviate that occasional stomach upset. Quantity for price, this is a good deal.

This Vitamin C supplement is another good addition to their lineup and provides a relatively affordable vitamin C supplement that is in the form of calcium ascorbate. This form of vitamin C is buffered and gentler on the stomach. Some research has also shown that it may last longer in white blood cells and benefit immune health. The capsules are easy to swallow and contain a good dose of 500mg vitamin C per serving. I've been taking it throughout the winter in hopes of keeping my immune system strong. Overall, I highly recommend it.

I have many food allergies, but this does not trigger any of them. Especially difficult to avoid is corn ingredients, fillers, binders, and capsules -- these vitamins have none of those.<br /><br />These are also easy on the stomach with no adverse reactions that can happen with some vitamin C formulas. 5 stars!

This buffered Vitamin C is excellent quality and does not bother my stomach or give me reflux like some high potency C can.
