We all know this vitamin makes you poop. Well it also makes it nice a slick. No more never ending wipes. The taste is ok. But the benefits out weigh that. I’m just writing a honest review about the stuff we REALLY wanna know
Bought these for 2 reasons, the picture of the gummy shows a totally different product. We wanted one that wasn't coated in sugar and wasn't gritty. This product is coated in sugar and gritty. And we wanted a gummy that was 300 mg each. Nope this is 102 mg per 3 gummies. I will be returning these.
I'm a migraine sufferer and have to take Magnesium daily. It's good for the nervous system, my neurologist has had me on it for years. I like gummies, but most have so much sugar or simply not enough Magnesium! These hit just the right note. They'll be going on my auto-delivery roster!
The whole point of gummies is to taste good. I choked down 4 of these before throwing the whole rest of the bottle away. Even the smell of the open bottle is over-poweringly bad
Due to having 8 bowel surgeries , I have to take 3000 mg each day to keep my magnesium level up. I'm glad I found them in 300 mg each. Now I only have to take 4 in the morning , 3 at dinner & 3 at bedtime. I wish I could find them in 500 mg each.
The gummie was gritty,sugary, tingling my throat...l developed a bump on my face.. allergic reactions😒😟😥I has to return for a refund.
