So at first I was disappointed in the melatonin quantity in this; each gummy is only 3mg and I mean call me crazy but I usually take 10.<br /><br />I'm a recovering insomniac so I'm definitely not recommending that other people take 10mg... it's just that when I haven't slept well for a couple days and I need to 'reset' I take 10 mg which means I'd need to take 3 of these.<br /><br />HAVING SAID THAT these are more than just melatonin, which I didn't expect but also didn't surprise me. So there is a blend of other herbs etc in there and I'm assuming that when I take 2 of these it's 6mg melatonin but with those other herbs it's a bit more relaxing. I think.<br /><br />The taste is great, packaging is great, I find the '3x melatonin' claim to be nonsense ... why not call it "30x melatonin" [compared to 0.1mg melatonin pills!]<br /><br />But regardless, it's a band I trust and the product is pretty good. I'd definitely recommend this if you find yourself 'accidentally' taking Nyquil when not sick. haha.

I received this item through the Vine program for free but my review is based solely on my own experience and opinions, without outside influences.<br /><br />I am not a normal user of melatonin to aide in my sleep, but my wife uses it nightly. Occasionally I will take one if I get off to a restless night during a weekend or some other time that I won't have to fight the grogginess of an early morning work alarm. So far I have not noticed any effect with the ZZZquil myself. My wife's experience is very different, as it has worked well for her, giving her restful nights. The taste isn't bad, but be aware the service size is two gummies to achieve the full dose.

The serving size is 2 gummies each containing 3mg melatonin so 6mg total. That would be a little much for me and my husband, so we each take 1 gummy before going to sleep. I only use melatonin on an as needed basis and this brand gave me some weird side effects. The nights I took this product I felt quite dizzy and somehow off. Maybe some of the herbs are not sitting well with me.<br />I did take me a while to fall asleep, but once I was sleeping I had no dreams and a deep sleep for a couple of hours. My dog and toddler woke me up 3 times during the night, but I had no problems falling back a sleep even without taking another dose. As long as the side effects don't turn worse I will continue taking them occasionally.<br /><br />I'm not allergic, but I noticed, that this product contains soy and tree nuts and there is no allergen warning on the packaging. So don't take this product if you have a known or suspected allergy.

I absolutely Love these! I take 3 a night and go to sleep watching TV if I don’t go to bed in time!

This sleep aid definitely works I usually eat one when I'm struggling to fall asleep but I'm not a big fan of the flavor/it being coated in sugar, I understand it's too offset the base flavor but its a bit much. Otherwise if you can ignore the flavor then its a good product I usually fall asleep momentarily after taking it.
