Nice berry flavor

I have no experience with this type of product as my normal supplemental intake of zinc comes from the pill form. However the taste of this is almost like a berry jam or jelly and though for me it is a little much on its own, this would likely be very good in a berry smoothie. The manufacturer does recommend using within 45 days of opening and storage in the refrigerator.

Good taste, good vitamins to add to daily routine

Good taste is sweet and easy to take.
Great vitamins to add, good for skin and hair.
Already taken it for more than a month, and I think my skin looks better (less redness and breakouts), still have more to take.
Like the idea of taking liquid vitamins, I already have a bunch of pills to take. Also, I'd tried to add zinc pills and usually, they made my stomach sick, this supplement doesn't do this.
I'd recommend it!

Tastes Better Refrigerated

There's no getting around that this is a liposomal liquid. That's after all what you're buying it for: enhanced bioavailability, especially during this pandemic we're perpetually living through. It's critical to keep our immune systems in tip-top shape. This is an easy way to do that.

I like the taste much better when refrigerated. It swallows easily. It's not too sweet. The blueberry flavor is not overwhelming.

The cost currently is about a buck per day. Not bad to keep our defences strong and our immune systems in peak performance!

One Tablespoon = 18mg

My zinc level always tests low so I have taken quite a high dose of zinc supplements for a while. I have never seen liosomal zinc before so jumped at the chance of trying. I found this a very sweet thick liquid with a little after taste. I would prefer to pop it in a smoothie than take it off the spoon. The downside for my needs was one tablespoon is 18mg of zinc Bisglycinate so I also took my regular capsule of zinc picolinate. I keep it in the fridge, it recommends using within 45 days after opening.

Tastes good

The blueberry flavor for this zinc supplement is actually good. It's not overly sweet and doesn't have any negative tastes. It's slightly thick like a syrup, but it goes down easily and is overall better for absorption than capsules.

Sour, but good

They recommend refrigerating this. It has a thick consistency, and I find that it has a sour taste if not mixed with something. I add it to my protein drink, and don't even notice the taste. I do like that it doesn't have a lot of extra chemicals in it, but there are a few we could probably live without. It's not labeled with 3rd party testing either. Still, it's a good addition to a vitamin supplement, and easy to take. It does have a short shelf life (they mention to use it within 45 days after opening).
