I’m hoping they will eventually switch to using coconut oil in the future.<br /><br />I have been working hard to eliminate seed oils from my life. They are extremely unhealthy for you. I’m so disappointed that a health company would include vegetable oil in their immune booster!

These taste great! It really feels like a treat taking them. I can’t vouch the health benefits, as with all vitamins it takes time to see benefits. I am however happy with the purchase and willing to give them a try. They feel a little more expensive than the normal vitamins so in a way that makes me hopeful that they will work as expected.

These immunity gummies contain 100mg of Vitamin C and elderberry. Elderberry is known for containing bioflavonoids to aid with digestion and inflammation in the body. The main ingredients of these gummies are sugar and water, then citric acid and elderberry juice so it is hard to assess whether or not the elderberry quantity actually makes a difference towards the immune system, being that they are marketed as “immunity gummies”. Vitamin C is well known for its preventive measures in boosting the immune system against colds or flus so at least there is that. Bonus that the gummies taste good too. A little extra vitamin C can’t hurt. The quantity is safe for children as well as non-diabetic adults.

These gummies taste pretty good and seem to offer a pretty nice blend of vitamins and minerals in a small 2-gummy dose. The flavor of these is pretty mild and sweet, sort of generically citrusy with a hint of berry flavor on the tail end. I think the blend of elderberry, vitamin C, and zinc is a great combination for immunity support. I think the only head-scratcher for me is the price. At $60 for a bottle of 60 gummies, the cost seems to be a little high, especially considering the bottle will only last 30 days if the recommended dosage is taken. Other than the price, I think the gummies are great and work as intended.

I just started taking these gummies but I’m not sure how I would judge their effectiveness<br />in regard to them boosting my immunity even after an extended time. However, I can tell you that the texture and taste are very pleasing. They are a soft, chewy gummy that is smooth rather than sticky and they are delicious. I would say the flavor is like a tart raspberry. I’m hoping that they do succeed in boosting my immunity and if they help at all with the inflammation in my feet I will definitely think about getting more!
