No good. Avoid.

Does not mix. Very clumpy. Smells like expired milk. Tastes like sugar which testifies of high concentrate content.

Nutritional values claimed on the label speak of something close to microfiltrated isolate. Taste and smell makes me second guess those values. The last time I had something this bad was when I bought 100% concentrate for $5/pound from the discount shelf.

I do not recommend.

Serving size?

Ordered my second container and noticed the scoops for serving size was incorrect! Wrong label has me second guessing the regulations on this product.

Switched to This Whey. Love It!

I've switched to Whey Fantastic. Here's why:
I had been regularly, once a month or so, purchasing and using a similar (In looks) whey product from here, Naked Whey. I liked it very much and was happy with it for a couple of years. But recently, about 2x 5Lb tub orders ago, they apparently changed their formula and the product no longer tastes good (It's bitter) or mixes well. I don't know what they did, but it is now bitter. I finally realized it must have been an intentional change and was not going to get better, so this time, when I needed more whey, I shopped around. I found this product for roughly 30 bucks less than I had been paying.
But what I'm happiest about is that the flavor and texture are like what Naked's used to be.
This is creamy and luxuriously dairy. It mixes nicely, the way I had been accustomed to my whey dissolving.
AND, it is more affordable, at $35.00 less than I was paying per 5LB tub of whey.
The thing is, if Naked had never changed their formula, without at all making their customers aware of the change, I'd not been motivated to shop around.
Whey Fantastic, please don't change your formula. Thank you!

Not the scoops per grams of protein advertised!!

It is advertised as 1 scoop for 25 grams of protein. Once received however it is 2 scoops for 25 grams.

Beware serving size/scooper

I normally buy from a different brand but similar characteristics of grass-fed, clean, etc. I was very skeptical when I opened the bottle and saw how small the scooper is. I've been using whey for decades so have a good sense of volume to weight/serving. I took out my scooper from my usual brand which is twice the size of this scooper (see pic). I weighed this scooper empty then full - you can see respective weights in pics. You are only getting half the serving size with this scooper (approx 15g when you subtract empty from full). Maybe this was a fluke but please be aware that if your scooper looks like the small one in my pics then you are not consuming the amount of protein advertised/you think you are. Probably won't buy again.

Great whey for breakfast smoothie

I am an 82 year old woman and I like this in my breakfast smoothie. A delicious way to get my morning protein.
I add some nuts, ACV, some fruit and veggie powder and the 2 glasses of water and blend it all in my Vitamix, makes for a filling no fuss breakfast. I have been doing a version of this for 20 years. I switched over to this whey earlier this year and like it very much. I buy 5 lbs at a time and it is a decent price. I have no clumping, just a nice smooth smoothie. I think blenders are essential for these king of drinks.
