Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it. Didn't notice any of the benefits the label promises, even after a full bottle.

Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant.

Impressed on every front
You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this.

Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.
