This mix gives you everything)<br />No sugar<br />Low calorie<br />Keto, Paleo, every diet friendly!<br /><br />BAD:<br />Taste (It's palatable but it definitely leaves a strong aftertaste)<br /><br />UGLY:<br />The silica gel bag inside the packet is fragile and deep inside the mix...get the scoop with caution<br /><br />Overall this is a strong buy. Besides the taste, you will be hard pressed to find an electrolyte mix with ALL electrolytes, no sugar, minerals in bioavailable form, and works. Don't waste your time and buy this as soon as possible!

Love this product! Not only is it cheap but it lasts longer than the one time use packets for a higher price. And if you look, this product has more vitamins than the other brands. I know it says one scoop per certain oz, but i usually do 2 & 1/2 scoops per water bottle. I drink alot of alcohol and i havent had a single hangover since ive started using it !!

For those of us on keto, we know electrolytes are hard to come by on that diet and finding drink mixes without sugar can be tough sometimes.<br />This stuff tastes good, mixes well and works!<br />I grab a cold water bottle from my fridge every morning, toss in a scoop of this, a splash of heavy cream and I am good to go.<br /><br />I have learned to tell when my body is low on electrolytes/hydration (even though I constantly drink water) and without fail this stuff always comes in to save the day and cut through the brain fog and lethargy.<br />Solid product

Other reviewers are incorrect about sucralose or dextrose artificial sweeteners being used. I purchased multiple flavors, and both are sweetened with stevia.

Great hydration product but they should focus just on doing what Gatorade and Powerade zero do but without the nasty surcalose. Way too many vitamins and extras in here.

Check the fine print on this item. I read the ingredients more closely when it arrived and am disappointed in the stevia and flavor enhancers. Thought someone nice it is marked PRIME that a return would be easy. Nope. No returns on this item. Even though it is listed as returns accepted. I’ll check more carefully next time, since it seems the policies are changing. Low star review for deceit. No opinion on product other than not for me. Shouldn’t have placed the order.
