I wish I would have found this year's ago. I was very deficient and had horrible bowel issues (diarrhea, Bloating, and pains) . When I take this daily, my bowel issues are gone and I can eat whatever I want without effect. I feel like my water retention has gone down as well. The taste is horrible, but you only need to drink 2 big gulps at a time and once you take a sip of water afterward, the taste is gone. I have given my friends samples and they are hooked too. I'll never go without again!
