So i ordered this a while back but i wanted to use up my last bottle of D3 vitamin. I have used this smarter nutrition brand for just under a week, so it is a bit difficult to say whether this product is any better than any other brand.<br />But so far so good. I have no problems swallowing these pills nor any digestive problems whatsoever or any after taste.<br />AS far as a D3 supplement, you really feel no difference and i bring this up because i am being truly honest about this product. I started taking vitamin D3 products because my dentist, who is also a nutrionist, advised me to take this supplent for stronger bones. Also to be honest, I am 67 years young and i need all the help i can get..LOL.<br />I take many other nutritional products and this brand of Smart seems to have everything i need for a daily regimen. So No need to buy supplements from more than 1 supplier.<br />And, yes i guess i would recommend this brand to others who like to buy what they need from 1 supplier.

Hopefully my review can help someone who is looking for a supplement that really works!<br /><br />I’ve been Vitamin D deficient for many years now. Finally decided to do something about it and find good clean Vitamin D3 supplement. So in 2019, I tried Mary Ruth Organic Vitamin D3 Liquid Spray first. She has a lot of great supplements and reviews. I used up 3 bottles and got my lab work done and was still Vitamin D deficient.<br /><br />In 2020, New Year new start. Did a lot of research looking for a clean and effective Vitamin D3 with K2 supplement. There’s a ton on Amazon and can be quite overwhelming. After many hours of researching and reading through reviews, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 supplement. You just need to take 2 a day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. Finished my first bottle and didn’t get any bad reactions so I purchased the 3 bottle set because it was a lot cheaper. I was not diligently taking it everyday. I would miss some days. But to my surprise when I went to get my lab work done in June, doctor said I was not deficient in Vitamin D anymore.<br /><br />Since I had great results with this, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s multivitamins for woman. I’m on my first box. So far so good. It has Vitamin D3 in it as well. Since I am not deficient in Vitamin D anymore, the multivitamins will provide the sufficient amount of vitamins I need daily.

This product came to me with only 16 pills in the bottle. It is suppose to have 60 pill count. Also the pills were all dried out and smashed. A very disappointed with this purchase and product and the other 5 bottles I purchased also seen to be short on count but I did not open. Returning this product And giving a refund. I understand that things happen and it's just an isolated case I'm sure nevertheless I was really excited about taking this product immediately.

I have tried several vitamin D products, some of which offered limited absorbency, so I like this product, which appears to offer better absorbency. Disclaimer: I have not followed up with testing my vitamin D levels, since I started taking this product, but I do feel more healthy, with fewer and more minor upper respiratory infections, and no flu, so far, and this product may be contributing to this. Several things I like about this product: 1) This product's D3 comes from a plant-type algae called lichen, which is a far superior source of vitamin D3, compared to lanolin, which is sourced from sheep, and used in the majority of vitamin D products on the market. 2) This supplement also includes two forms of vitamin K2 (MK-4 and MK-7). Vitamin K2 is critical in moving the body's calcium out of the soft tissues and into the bones and teeth. if you're taking Vitamin D, it's absolutely critical to also take vitamin K2. As mentioned, this supplement includes two forms of vitamin K2, which is not found in most of the other vitamin D supplements on the market. Both forms are important, so it's great that this product includes both. 3) This is a very clean product, with no harmful or inflammatory fillers. I give this product my top rating. I use this product daily, along with taking vitamin C.

It says 5000 mg on the front of the bottle, yet when you read the back it says you have to take two pills to reach the strength. This is very misleading as to the quantity and strength of pills, because you're only getting half as much as you think you are. Very disappointed and will not buy again.
