it didn't work for me at all. not good. don't buy it if you're disabled or have cancer or are a cancer survivor and have afib/heart condition. the shipping was fine. i got a refund-but i reordered it another time as it didn't work the first time and asked for a full refund because it was hurting my gut so bad and i wasn't losing weight at all. i tried it for the full time-not working. i requested a full refund for both times which i did finally get-i was hoping it would work the first time-it didn't-i ordered it to give it one more try but it hurt my gut so bad-excruciating pain in my stomach and back. sad=because i genuinely wanted it to work. the yoli products are so very expensive. they need to work all the time. for everybody who buys them.

I have tried a few meal replacement shakes and these are probably the worst. I could not drink the entire shake. I'm giving it 2 stars because the ingredients are great. It's high in protein, which is what you want to lose weight. I just couldn't stand how they taste. I was not expecting them to be delicious but in comparison to other products, they fall flat on taste.

NO SOY!!! Super tasty even with just water. A bit on the expensive side.

It really works. I lose 3-4 lbs every week, but became allergic to it.

If you have never used YOLI products, I can tell you that although they are very pricey. They are well worth it. I have used almost all of their products, and I have not been able to find any other products out there that compare to the taste and quality. The YES shakes are amazing. I am one of those people who are not a fan of the taste of protein powder, and I have tried so many different ones, trying to find one that doesn't have that nasty aftertaste of protein that every single one that I have tried has. These shakes DO NOT have that nasty aftertaste at all. They blend up easily, the chocolate is my favorite, but vanilla is ok too. Won't find anything else better out there. Love it!
