It tastes pretty good! Be sure to shake it VERY VERY well. And when you think you've shaken it enough, shake it again. With my first bottle, I was almost finished and realized there was a bunch still compacted at the bottom. I used water to shake it some more and finally loosen it, but I'm sure the dosage I was taken was affect for the whole bottle. Not a big deal, just be aware there may be some seriously compacted at the bottom.

I love Tropical Oasis liquid Cal/Mag. It has the nicest taste and feel of any of the liquid cal/mag formulas I've tried. It seems to be effective too. The price on Amazon is cheaper than I have found it anywhere else. I am grateful to see that they've changed the formula so I don't have to refrigerate it now - partly because I often forget to take it when it's in the fridge & mainly because the minerals used to clump together into a stiff ball that I had to stir with a chopstick & vigorously shake for five minutes before I could drink it. Thank you for improving a great product!

Please check your facts before scaring anyone away from this great product! There are only 750 mcg of Boron , NOT mg, which is VERY different. 750 mcg is equal to 0.75 mg. ( not even ONE mg)To convert mcg to mg's, divide by 1,000. This product has been a God send for me. I was getting stress fractures just from walking/running. My doctor suggested this as well as Glucosamine Sulfate for a hip fracture and I am healing and progressing very quickly. I take so many large supplements ,I just couldn't swallow one more, so I am grateful for the liquid supplements this company offers. But, yes, vigorous shaking is required to keep the good stuff from settling/hardening on the bottom.

I bought this to help me sleep at night and to get more calcium for strong bones. I don't like taking pills and it tastes just fine. I also believe the absorption rate is better from a liquid than a pill. It's questionable as to how much of the pills actually get into your system. So I'd always rather take a liquid. I recommend trying this if you have trouble sleeping. I think the magnesium is also good for your digestive system. This product has been much more helpful to me than the pills I was taking. One thing I noticed is that is says not to put it in the refrigerator. So if you buy it make sure to read the label about storing it.

This is one of the best Calcium supplements on the market. Being Liquid, your body absorbs it better. I have to take calcium everyday, due to my body not being able to produce enough...... My Doctor has asked what I use, because my bone density levels and calcium levels are great. Much better than others with my same condition. I have been using this product for over 10 years. It's great! I highly recommend it.

I have to supplement calcium because of cancer metastases in my spine. Those big calcium pills weren't getting the job done. My nurse suggested liquid so I tried Tropical Oasis. This is not thick or chalky. The citrus taste is not my favorite but neither is it disgusting. On the plus side, my blood tests and bone density results are all good. Just be sure to shake it well.
