There are so many health benefits of using vitamin A and the liquid drops make it easy for anyone even if you can't swallow pills. Liposomal supplements are easy for the body to use so I always look for those when available. The taste of this is mild enough I can use it straight in my mouth, but it would be easy to add to a drink if you prefer that method. Good value for 60 servings. I'm very happy with this supplement.
